Refund Policy

At IEGUN LUX DOO, all services are based on the allocation of resources, time, and personalized management from the moment of contracting. Therefore, once payment is confirmed, it is considered final and linked to the reservation and execution of the agreed-upon services. Given the consultative, strategic, and supportive nature of our solutions, as well as the access to information, contacts, and individualized planning provided from the initial stages, cancellations with retroactive effect and refunds are not permitted once the service has begun or been booked, regardless of the level of use or benefit derived from it by the client. However, in exceptional situations duly evaluated by the company at its sole discretion, alternatives such as rescheduling the service or issuing internal credits for future use may be considered, without this constituting an obligation to refund or setting any precedent. Contracting our services implies express acceptance of these conditions.
